The Zareinu Learnathon is a walkathon for your Jewish soul! Participants are sponsored by friends and family and, in return, spend the evening learning Jewish texts, philosophy, ethics, history and more. Last year’s inaugural event raised almost $30,000 and organizers hope to hit $50,000 this year. Says one of last year’s participants: “It’s incredible to see people from all across Toronto come together to learn for such an amazing cause, and it shows our Zareinu children that the community is behind them.”

This year’s Learnathon takes place on Saturday February 25th, 2012 from 9 p.m. to midnight at various locations around town.
